About In-house Studio Time With Client Present


  • For billing purposes additional hours beyond the scheduled time are rounded up to the nearest quarter hour of time used.  
  • Billable time begins at the scheduled session start time whether or not client has arrived.
  • If 24 hours notice is not given prior to cancellation of a session, client is charged a 50% cancellation fee applies for hours booked.  

    For instance if a client books a three hour session, that time slot is reserved exclusively for that client's use.  Client is charged
    for those three hours even if less actual time has been used.  

    As another example, if a client books a two hour session, no other client projects immediately follow that session and client
    and engineer agree to extend the session, client pays only for the two hour session plus additional time used rounded up to
    the nearest quarter hour.
